Blessing of the Animals
Sunday, October 11, @ 1pm (following 11am worship service)
Everyone welcome to bring their beloved animal(s) for a Blessing in the tradition of St. Francis! For everyone’s safety and the common good, please have all dogs leashed, cats and small critters in a carrier/on leash/cage/bowl. We will bless each animal with a few words, and a sprinkle of water from an evergreen sprig as is appropriate for each creature. We will improvise as needed.
Fiber Art Makers' Salon
Wednesday, October 14 @ 2pm-4pm
This gathering of fiber art enthusiasts & beginners is an opportunity to meet new people, work on a project of your own, or learn a new skill. We will offer various informal beginner-level instruction to help you learn a new modality. Admission is free (donations welcome) & supplies will be provided.

We sold our building and moved a couple of blocks from our former place. Though we sold our building, our congregation will continue to worship and serve in our beloved city!
We now meet for Sunday Service at 11am at the following address:

First Congregational Church of San Francisco (FCCSF) is an inclusive community of faith in the heart of the city–where Lower Nob Hill meets the Tenderloin and Little Saigon.
We believe that spirituality and faith are less about fear and control, and more about connection, compassion, hope and love.
